My package was delayed due to items being out of stock with their supplier, which was beyond their control Bhavna went over and beyond to assist with a curtsy call to inform me of that and that they were waiting for another item to arrive and when it did they noticed it was cracked. I spoke to them and they gladly assisted me with another item. I'm all for customer service and am very happy with my items and Bhavna's help. Will definitely use them again. Sometimes you cannot predict what your suppliers stock levels are, if they have not informed you.

Its not so often that we get to go on an online shop where the layout is simple, organized and easy to operate. I do take pleasure in scrolling through a shop when its so well functioning and practical to the point that you can find something within seconds. The biggest problem however with any online store is that one needs to update your stock as regularly as possible and if your shop is busy, then its a continuous process. Apart from that is the follow up process of orders being made and checking for payments. Now Tech Hut screwed up on the phone side, 3 different numbers called(google number doesnt work, whatsapp number doesnt work, website number at the top works) and finally managed to ask about the order I placed 2 days prior. So immediately one is a bit upset regarding having to struggle getting into contact with them, but alas, the response was well executed. I managed to speak to a lady that asked for my order number and then progress finally happened. I was then called about 10 minutes later informing me of stock shortage on one of the items and the technical person then managed to give me a few alternatives with the differences in prices. Once the problem was sorted, my order was immediately shipped no questions asked. They lost a star due to the stock shortage not being visible on the website and the delay in processing the order, other than that the service was great and will see me as a returning customer
