Service could be better. It took some time before I could get help from a salesperson whom was very helpful, yet others were standing but not offering any assistance. Bharti is professional and sought help from another person in terms of ideas and combinations for some framing. I must admit this person was very resourceful and pleasant yet knowledgeable and well experienced. The reason for my rating of 3 is the unavailability of the many colors of the framing material that needed to to be used which limited my choices but in the end I was happy with the professional workmanship. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but it's worth it in the end. My experience just took longer than the time I budgeted but again it was well worth the wait. My office has frames which I'm proud of and one csn see the difference in their workmanship vs. the frames that were already hung there from other service providers. Will definitely recommend provided you are happy to overlook some of the issues I took exception to!
