One word I could use to describe my experience is Amazing. With attention to detail, efficiency, great service and an extremely friendly environment, East End Customs is definitely one of the best ... if not The Best....fitment centre around. Well like anything you about to purchase one has to do a in-depth research about what they want Like any other business East end customs are after making making money but that doesn't mean they will provide cheap Labor or offer cheap Labor or equipment Even though we had a minor misunderstanding Rowen and his team made some efforts to resolve my issue and well even though i was angry initially but at The end my issues and concerns were resolved and well their customer Service is the best along with the neatness of their work Will definitely use them in The future

I visited East End Customs today to have a look at my clients Toyota Hilux reverse camera, a speaker not working and check the Bluetooth calls mic unit (all installed by another audio company that I did not want to deal with anymore due to bad service). I had no appointment and the shop was fairly busy but Rowen still accomodated me and worked on the vehicle himself. He promptly diagnosed the issues, supplied and installed the replacement units and also assisted me with fitting a new door handle while the doorpad was out. He really went the extra mile and I am really appreciative of the excellent workmanship and customer service. Keep up the great work!

Rowan's advice and guidance was exceptional. His workmanship was awesome. A 10 inch kicker sub, custom box and 4 ch kicker amp was installed in my sons polo8 . Finish was as if it was factory fitted. My son was amazed. Dont be fooled when u speak to these guys..they will come across as simple guys but their talent is in their finished product.

Tracking Device installation. Even though u are told it takes about 1h 30mins-2hrs by ur insurance company, the wait wasn't that long. Friendly staff. Mr.Marshall (technician) was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. His people skills are 💯. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
