UPDATE❗️I have found a really nice assistant at this store. Her name is Ria. This tall Beautiful young lady is so friendly non-judgemental and such a pleasure to meet. I would recommend you look for her if you looking for Huda products. To the management and owners of ARC this young lady deserves alot of appreciation and a better future in your business. She makes the store more approachable. 5🌟 to her. My first visit to this store. I have been very keenly looking for Huda beauty make up, locally to test. So found this store. I went in and asked the nearest consultant for help (she didnt look to keen to assist). She called someone else, perhaps the Huda consultant a guy who took 1 look at me and decided I was not his type of client then made me have a seat and asked another lady (who clearly has a Guerlain badge) to assist me then he rushes away. Now I'm not sure if I was judged by my looks or my clothes but something told these people that this I am not worth it, which felt awful and quite disappointing. I have never been judged like that in any store before. However because of my intent on getting make up I stuck it out and made the lady work for the sale. At the end of the day I ended up buying the foundation and powder. Not impressed with this store or the service!

I recently visited the Chanel store at Gateway Theater of Shopping and was blown away by exceptional service and high-quality products. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel like a valued customer. The store itself was immaculate, with beautiful displays showcasing the latest Chanel collections. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the presentation of each item, which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions. They provided me with recommendations based on my preferences, which I found to be very helpful. Their expertise helped me find the perfect item that suited my needs and style. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Chanel store at Gateway Theater of Shopping. The customer service was outstanding, and the products were of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable shopping experience.

Most amazing experience with Wes ,he is so passionate about skincare and make up and really went the extra mile to assist me ,the staff were all friendly to my son who was with me , I just appreciated the friendly smiles and assistance, will be back
