Thank you for sorting my distressing and unusual incident with good grace. Back in my favourite people books. The only company which has a decent range of options, beyond mainstream predictable. I don't bother going anywhere else. Furious that they erroneously book someone else's DVD to my account and then send me a late return reminder. I sorted it out with the manager Guy who apologises and stays he has fixed it. And then 2 months later I find that he did not bother to fix it and I was asked to pay for late returns. I hadn't been into the store for over a year. This is downright scary.

Excellent video store. Huge selection new release to classics. I've had several contracts with them. From dvd's to blueray's and 3D movies. Always friendly service and if you taking older movies or series, if you take multiple options they allow you to keep for a couple of days. They will always help you in anyway from searching for a movie to any info on it. Even if you not sure of the name. They really go beyond your usual video store. If they don't have it or a copy they will see f they can source from another branch. Contracts don't seem to expire either, so you can take your time inbetween visits. My longest was almost a year at 1 stage. Contracts also make movies a lot cheaper to hire. They also have a lot of movies and series to buy, new and used.
