I had a Jacuzzi installed in Dec 2023 by a different company, but the job was so shocking, I walked into TechnoSpa one afternoon, to be met by Karla. I asked to see what a Christelle bath looked like. It was a very different and professional installation, so I asked Karla to come see my job, after which they removed the entire bath, had to re-pipe the whole system, put filters in as the previous one never had a filter in the black hole, kept wondering why the water wasn't filtering. Best of all is the install had a wooden block covering the filter cover so I couldn't even check it. Was so bad, BUT, Karla came along and re-did the whole install. It is now amazing, pre and post pics available. A stunning re-installation by TechnoSpa team has got my pride and joy restored. The other company wouldn't even come and check, NO warranty on their Christelle, never checked after his guys finished in the dark. Just took his money and ducked into his lavish estate. A BIG THANKS to TechnoSpa for the re-install and a special thanks to Karla for her patience in resolving my mess. I will highly recommend them. I have had the most wonderful service from Techno Steam Sauna & Jacuzzi in Cape Town with the provision and installation of my new jacuzzi. Every step of the process has been a breeze! Karla has been so lovely to work with, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. The delivery/ installation gentlemen really were absolutely fantastic, they were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 4 month old puppy and they took her safety really seriously by being vigilant with the gate and just being so respectful and kind. They were also very patient with me when giving me a crash course in how to care for my jacuzzi - I am a complete newbie! They really should be commended for being such outstanding representatives of Techno. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks team!!
