A. K.I am very pleased with the professionalism dealing with the admin staff in booking the unit. Further, after many quotes from various places, this facility is very clean, no damp smell so i am pleased that my goods will not get mouldy. The security is tight. Plus the special of 50% for first 3 months was the differentiator that eventually convinced me to choose them. When i arrived to pack my goods, the process was seamless and easy. Overall a wonderful experience
n. d.I have been using their storage for 6 months. Joy and her colleagues are an absolute Joy...excuse the pun. The security guards are wrm and welcoming and the staff at the units are also respectful, nice and welcoming. I recommend this storage.
M. v.The service from the office staff 👌 but their store facilities where in such a condition that will make one regret the choice of choosing them, did report it to the lady that was helping us with renting out the unit and she did offer to move us to another unit but felt like it will be more work for us to take out the furniture and repack it again to another unit. This is the condition of the unit when we opened it
