My package was sent to Welkom instead of Mossel Bay. Someone made a big mistake. However, the problem was resolved quickly and I received it a few days later. Thank you for the updates up until delivery of the package. After opening the packaging, it was found that the canvas was slightly damaged on one of the corners but it is not worth sending it back. I will try to fix it.

I ordered 3 files and when I received them, the rings unit of one of the files were loose on the one side. The rivet was not properly punched through. I was a bit disappointed that the items were not checked properly and mentioned it in my review. I was very much surprised when I was informed that a replacement file was already sent to me. I therefore change my initial 3 stars rating now to 5 stars. Thank you very much for EXCELLENT service and good communications. It is highly appreciated. They are the only ones that stock the PILOT G-Tec C4 Extra Fine Gel Refills at a very reasonable price. Its much cheaper to buy the refills than a new Pilot C4 pen. Also better for the environment. Order and delivery was done within a good time.
