They don’t listen and often say no stock when in fact the product is somewhere else. what’s confusing is that same item different variations often all over hence they don’t know if they have stock. they also don’t accept cash, sustainability they call it. i’d skip this store and go elsewhere.
L. v. L.UPDATE: Store did reach out, resolved issues with area manager stopping by with apology. Busy times, mistakes were made, also over-reaction and impatience on my part... I'd give them another chance.

I don't recommend ordering online any longer or having it sent from Fourways - half the items haven't arrived, one simply replaced with something else, the hamper sent in a packet and so items all jumbled. I've been trying to reach them all week but no one has yet even replied. Save yourself some trouble and just grab from PnP...
D. D.We visited this gorgeous shop about two weeks ago, loved how one can pick the chocs you want instead of buying the usual slab or box at your local supermarket.
The sales-lady was a little 'pushy' in her recommendations but she did know her stuff.
