It's easy to assume that everything will go smoothly, but that's precisely when Italtile's exceptional after-sales service proves invaluable. I purchased toilets, taps, and tiles from them, and they prioritize the warranties provided by their suppliers, ensuring effortless resolution of any issues that may arise. I want to give a special mention to Sias for going above and beyond in assisting me with a leaking tap. Sias, your outstanding service is highly appreciated. Thank you for a job well done.

Great selection of porcelain and ceramic tiles, basins and sanitary wares, both imported and local. Could be considered on the pricy side and it is advisable to do some research on origin and alternative suppliers, as I found some times much more affordable elsewhere . Overall has a wide range and carries items that are exclusive to Italtile. We'll worth a visit if you are looking for something different to other similar outlets

I was pleasantly surprised after the service we received from Italtile Menlyn. We purchased an outdoor tile and they bent backwards to find stock for us. Unfortunately we came across another tile elsewhere and decided to ask to cancel the tile we already purchased. Vitomi helped us beyond our expectations and arranged a refund for us without making it sound as if it was any inconvenience. Thank you Italtile Menlyn, your store exceeded our expectations!!
