OOOH MY WORD, never ever have we received such GREAT reception. From the guy at the gate, the reception and the girl that did the hearing testing. i had to leave my mom of 85years there alone for a while, and she could not stop talking about the humanity and Great people at the hearing instute. Big thanks to ALL you Great people there for making feel and old lady that she is still worth something. Bless you all

I am a regular visitor to the Ear Institute. I am or have NEVER been disappointed with the service, friendliness, goodwill and professionalism of the team there. It is absolutely superb throughout! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always willing to go the extra mile, believe me! Without exception. It starts as soon as you drive in the gate! The TEAM has an incredibly positive attitude that always makes you feel welcome! Great. 10 out of 10 is actually too little. Thank you very much, it is really appreciated.
