After battling with other locations for matters we needed assistance with I came across the reviews for this home affairs facility. I arrived early and found them to be open, after going inside I had both my certificates printed and handed to me within minutes after completing the paperwork. AMAZING service! I wish all departments were this organized. Keep up the great work.

Even through office is small and not modernized, the staff are efficient and polite. Overall good ID application experience - took less than 30min. Got ID in 6 weeks- which was much faster than expected.

Pleasantly surprised. I went there at about 2pm and they were happy to help, only a few people in the que. They don't offer all services, only unabridged certificates and temp ID but the staff are friendly and very helpful. Applied for 5 certificates no problem.

Please don't try to phone their office, they don't answer, you will only frustrate yourself. Make sure your documents are in order and then you will not have a problem. Very friendly and efficient staff. For the limited services they offer, most definitely worth driving out to Cullinan. Well done ladies and gentlemen, I recommend you any time

Hi there Myself and my new husband got married at Cullinan Home affairs, last week, Friday. From the day we went in to book for a date, and spoke to the security lady to fill in the register, to the moment we left as husband and wife, 2 weeks later, we were treated like the most important people to ever walk into those offices. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, efficient and organised. WOW! And as for the young lady who officiated over the marriage, you are a lovely, kind person and a huge asset to your department. Thank you for making it as special as was possible. I'm sorry but your name slipped my mind. Support this Home Affairs branch! They are absolute stars & they are not very busy, no long queues, just smiling helpful staff. What a pleasure dealing with this department. THANK YOU CULLINAN HOME AFFAIRS!!
