L. T.Visited Defy Customer Experience Store in Midrand. Very annoyed to be told that customers are no longer welcome to view products despite website telling us they're open daily. Demanded to see someone in authority and we were introduced to Cameron. He quickly diffused our anger by allowing us to browse the products on display. He apologized and confirmed that they will ensure others are welcome from now on. Warning though. Their Spares department no longer exists.
A. M.Best lady in the whole of Defy! Service centers outside of Defy are an insult to the company. Especially the one in Roodepoort!!
