Great variety. Always well stocked. Great service from knowledgeable staff.

Nice store, huge selection, good pricing when they match their online price. But staff are useless at follow up calling me back for stock checks or anything. Out of sight out of mind. I bought guitar from them in cape town, took almost a week to get it shipped and when arrived I was livid. Just a box, a bag a guitar. No booklet no Allen key or accessories kit no packaging inserts no nothing even after the R400 strings I bought. I was shocked how careless and lack of attention to detail from one of south Africa's supposed premium music stores. I got what I bought but wow south africa just seems to have such terrible attitude and lack any professionalism. Tragic. I'm ashamed for my country as this is pervasive.

Great place if you are looking to a buy a new Guitar and other music instruments. They even have a facility to restring and tune your guitar.
