Jaw droppingly good aftersales service. After purchasing my Victron product from Dynamic Elements at a very competitive price, I needed to place a warranty claim right at the end of the (long) warranty period. Dynamic Elements were as motivated to assist with the Warranty claim as they were to sell me the product. This level of service is rare, very rare. I now reside in Cape Town, this was no problem as they went above and beyond to arrange (and pay for) couriers to sort out my issue. Brilliant products, brilliant service. I have absolutely no affiliation with this store.
