Absolutely amazing service! From the moment I called in the guy on the other end knew exactly my dilemma, see I had important company documents which needed urgent delivery. Even tho I did not hold an account with a registered courier company I was able to pre-paid book the collivery super fast via email, actually they did it, I just followed instructions, it later occurred to me that this is what excellent service is about! Anyway, got an email to say driver is en route - 20 minutes. Maybe 12 minutes, there he is. Collected the documents and the receiving party notified me within the hour to confirm receipt. If ever I could recommend a fast parcel delivery company this would be Crisis Couriers! The service and speed was incredible. The pricing was cheap for an immediate turn-key solution.
