The service was very good and the staff was very polite and very friendly. The problem is when we are waiting in the queue, people who stays on the street also stand on the queue and keep on putting people who came late before us. Let's say you were number 50,you'll end up being number 90 or more. One person who stays on the street can put many people in front of you and they are many, in return they are paid 50. But other than that, I'm very happy about the service.

Filthy unkept building. Walla are falling. The Municipality must do something about this post office I believe it is a heritage building falling under Amafa but it is dirty and unkept. Amafa(dept of arts and culture ) in collaboration with Ethekwini Municipality must do something about all the heritage buildings in town, including post office. Service was superb though. Thanks to those committed workers.

Very nice place. Staff are very helpful. Mail is well secured. But during the summer months, the post office is very hot. The aircons are never working.
