In respect of the general patrolling and the emergency call outs, Blue Security can never be faltered. The quick response, the friendly disposition of the office staff and the patrol team as well as the professionalism of all involved is absolutely amazing. I have always expressed my gratitude to this fantastic. It really make me feel safe. Thank you very much to all concerned. As for the technical team, I must admit that I was unhappy with the service in the early years when I joined. Of recent, this department has raised their standard to a level where I'm totally satisfied. A case in point is the excellent service I received 3 weeks ago in respect of false alarms. The prompt response and the proper diagnosis and correction of the fault deserves praise. Again, a very professional approach. Thank you to the Blue Security Team. Your service is really appreciated.

Absolutely peak service with good responses We had issues with our electric fence and other technical problems in the gatehouse necessitation working over a few days. They kept us in the loop all the way and if they could not come, we were advised well in advance to allow us to carry on with our daily lives and not wait in anticipation of their arriving. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and answered my unprofessional questions. with eagerness. Well done to good service.

Blue security officers are always curtious, friendly and helpful. When my wife's car broke down on the road, a passing Blue officer stopped to see if she needed help and stayed with her until I arrived. It makes one feel a bit safer. Thank you for the great service.

The installation couldn’t have been installed quicker than the way blue security team had come to install. They have always been in contact on the process of the installation as they had to come back twice to install something in the gate motor and then also install in the house and it wasn’t long and it was done ! They are very quick and reliable ! They don’t take long to respond to an alarm that goes off , they on their toes all the time as In calling and finding out if all is okay!

Blue Security play a major role in the drastic reduction of crime in our area. Crime levels where very high in our area 3 years ago, but after we installed a community driven cctv camera network and appointed Blue Security to monitor certain cameras and respond to suspicious activities, the crime rate in our area reduced to almost 0%, especially during the recent months. Blue Security officers also conduct pro-active sweeps of conservancy areas in our area, which resulted in the arrest of well known criminals in the area. These actions also resulted in the prevention of potential crimes in our area. We receive excellent support and services from Blue Security and can recommend their services to any potential clients.

These guys go out of their way to make sure you are safe. Armed response assisted me when my electric fence alarm triggered at 3am. They even stayed with me while I repaired the fence in the dark (which had been damaged by a buck that ran into it. P.S. the buck was not injured!)

My home was broken into last night whilst I was at work. I arrived and the damage had been done with my belongings taken. Blue security was already here. As soon as I had arrived they wasted no time and went into the bushes and were able to retrieve my belongings. I had lost hope in these security alarms and used it as something to try scare criminals away. It proved me wrong that A criminals will continue with an alarm going off and B they will do everything to help you in time of need. I would like to say thank you blue security. I wish to thank the officers that attended my home. I am extremely greatful.

Blue is seriously great. They're willing to go above and beyond. My dear ol' mother is actually their client, but they were willing to patrol the broader area up to where I stay, just because I had a concern.

Felt compelled to write this as the Blue security team near my home always goes the extra mile to ensure that we are safe. Our area has been a blue zone for over a year and the quality of service hasn't decreased. Its currently midnight and I was woken up by a constantly barking dog, only to find a Blue security guard already checking out the premises, using a path with difficult terrain in order to avoid setting off the perimeter beams and disturbing me. This really made me see that they truly care and don't just drive off whilst doing regular patrols. Thanks for the difference you are making in our community.

I have never used this company but I must say many of your drivers drive horribly on the roads. My most recent experience was in Yellowwood Park, I was about to make a turn until I saw one of your drivers leaving that road at such a reckless speed, he wasn't even on his lane and even after he saw me to continued to drive recklessly on my lane. I had to make a dead stop in the middle of the road bc I was afraid he would hit me. He didn't have his siren on or anything so I don't think he was responding to an incident, but even if he was, that does not mean that he can drive however to the danger of other road users. Please have another look into your drivers.

Blue Hillcrest - to the driver patrolling at 10pm 30 May: thank you for doing what you do. I stay at a place with a long driveway so I can’t see my gate from the house. He rang the intercom and let me to let me know the one side hadn’t closed and stayed there until we had it fixed.
