I am very happy with Axon and the service they provide. They arrive immediately after my alarms goes off and even assisted me to remove a snake that almost fell on my head after opening an outside roller door. That was truly a sneaky sailing intruder that I will never forget. They managed to remove the snake alive and drove away with thing.

We have not regretted entering into a contract with Axon for armed response and monitoring. The team are on the ball, very professional, very friendly and respond quickly and efficiently to alarm activations. Axon gave us a fantastic deal - much cheaper than their other companies, and when they realised that we are pensioners, they made us an even better deal! When we had a technical problem, due to load shedding, the reaction time of the technical team was invredible - within a single hour everything was running smoothly again. Their react ion unit is also very efficient, and their regular visibility in the area is greatly appreciated, it surely enhances our safety. The staff, at office and in the vehicles, are always friendly and helpfull, always with valuable advice. I am convinced - we cannot do better! Thank you very much Axon!

We downloaded the Axon app for our daughter who attends University in Pretoria and it has given me so much peace of mind. Ivan is active on our whats app groups and keep parents informed. I know 100% sure that if our daughter needs help the Axon guys will be the first there (she has in fact used the emergency button before and was helped immediately). The App gives parents peace of mind and our children know that there is help available when needed. Would recommend Axon to anyone!
