I’ve been doing karate here ever since I was little and it has helped me in so many aspects of my life. It has helped me with confidence, strength, agility and it has even in my dancing. Shihan Norman is a master of the sport and he is quite firm because he has so much knowledge and sees potential in everyone. Sensei Brendon is also very experienced however he makes the classes a lot of fun and very enjoyable for all ages. They have helped me along the journey to winning first and second in the national championships. I would therefore highly recommend this dojo. 🥋💫
