Mimosa is a wonderful school with invested and brilliant teachers. The children are kind and independent. It has been a pleasure to get to know every member of this school. The cericulum is astonishing, and the teachers truly care about each student and try their best to accommodate to their individual needs.

There is no school in the country quite like Mimosa, I believe. A kind-hearted, joy-fuelled Reggio Emilia school where children are treated as active citizens and autonomous beings. Where the love of the staff and teachers shows in every act of attention and care for our small people. It is also, uniquely, a truly progressive, queer-friendly, wholesomely diverse (not just lip-service to the word), inclusive community of incredible people and change-makers, all working towards making our world a better place. I cannot recommend Mimosa highly enough for your children! If you you are tired of the usual options for educating your child in Jo'burg and want to find a better way, Mimosa is for you.
