We ordered 4 x 514 roasted chilli paste and cashew nuts with chicken. We have either medium or hot and when I'm feeling for something really strong you can ask for 'Thai hot' and they will give it some extra kick. We normally also order some sushi for either take away or sit down, the fried and raw sushi are both amazing and fresh. When they have a 2 for 1 special, we buy loads.

Experience was ok. Enjoyed food. Would have been nice to get a few of the items I ordered, but I understand restaurants and some delays with stock. Service could be much better I recon new waitress, has potential to grow better waitress.

Halaal nranch, fully halaal. The meal portions are not big, but enough for 1 person, I wished the sweet and sour prawns were made with crispy battered prawns and that the sauce was thicker, we had corn cakes noodles with beef , sweet and Sour prawns and choc spring rolls. The drinks and deserts are reasonably priced. This branch never had banana so 2 of our desert choices had to be changed. They no longer do crispy fried duck, disappointed. The kitchen was rather untidy and a bit deurmekaar. The wok area was not neat or cleaned while cooking. Sorry but you need to tidy as you go along. Staff are okay with service, but in a basic way. Khao Hom is still my favorite halaal Thai food restaurant. Visit them in Claremont.

The restaurant is small but has friendly service. This is one of favoutir takeaway restaurants and our favourite order is the 514 with some heat :)

I LOVE Simply Asia!! There was a mix up with my order, apparently the person who took my order was a trainee and took the order down wrong so I didn't get what I ordered but the store, after investigating realiser the mistake and gave me a voucher to replace the incorrect items. I always receive great service from the restaurant, the only thing is they take really long to prepare food which I guess is OK seeing as it isn't fast food.

Around dinner time this place is quite busy but the front ladies ensure that everyone has been served running from the cashier desk to the kitchen and back. It was a bit of a wait but it is definitely worth it.

This branch has always been one of my favourite's..As staff always friendly food always good.Always clean n tidy..but I have to say on my latest experience we had a female waiter who did not know how to address a customer n make them feel welcome.When she took our order she was extremely direct.That very moment of experiencing such bad service made me realise once again that if you have a team of staff it is highly important that each n everyone is trained well on customer service.My family n I was really hungry so we waited for our food which was also not good.The importance of a well trained waiter is extremely Important, Understanding your customers order must be your number one priority.As they are the ones who keeps customers coming back for a good experience.One inexperienced staff member could make a business look bad.I will be going back after Ramadan to see if things has changed.Im sure that the owners are not aware of this as they always making sure that this restaurant is up to standard.
