I normally stop for a nourishment top-up during the course of the day and love the fried chips with their speciality chilli sauce. Great quality, great service and friendly owner. The sauces are also for sale. Go and try them today!

Viennas was a bit tough or meaty. The chips and sauce was okay. Overall if you in the area and hungry i will say gladly buy. Otherwise if you can wait I will suggest buying elsewhere

Love this place! Been around for ages and easy to taste why! Best samosas in Cape Town, fresh and hot and their battered fish and chips never disappoints. I always go for their Man Meal Box though, 60 bucks gets you 2 patties, 2 Vienna and chips! Should be called the MAN'S MEAL DEAL!!!!

Friendly and always greeted with a smile. Great wall of newspaper clippings to read while you wait (not that it's a long wait) for the best Gatsby in Southern Suburbs. You'll be asked if you want some samosas, buy them - they are awesome. Fish and Chips, Calamari Burgers and more.. Quick and easy parking and right next to a convenience shop if you need anything else.

Osmans has been around for a while, the owner, Hashiem, delivers personal service to all his customers, meals are always fresh, his shop is clean and well lit the kitchen staff are presentable and visible while preparing meals, such as Gatsby's, Fish, Chips, Toasted Sandwiches, Chip & Vienna Parcels, Samoosas, the list goes on, freshly prepared for your peace of mind and enjoyment. All the occasions I frequented, I have always had a great experience here, prices are not bad, good service , fresh food and the wait is not too long, but some weekends gets a bit hectic busy. Housed on an old residential property, expertly converted into a business, on the corner of Kendall road, next to Cristy's Tent and Canvass, the one level mini mall has a Mica Hardware, Chemist and a well known restuarant. For a friendly, pleasant take out experience I recommend, Osmons Friendly Fisheries, I visit frequently.

Decent fish and chips. Was promised the couple special would be good to 2 adults and a child but the fish was just about enough for 1 person, lots of chips made up the rest. Calamari portion was decent though.

Overall clean and neat business, Food is of good quality, unfortunately it's a matter of who's going to look and who's going to eat when it comes to for example a parcel for "2", It should be renamed a "Starter for 2". "Potato shortages" always seem to impact their portion sizes. Which is not the case with other neighbouring Fisheries. An alternative would be Osman's in Elfindale or Plumstead Fisheries. Also please bring back the "Musgrave Special"

In addition to their delicious meals, their meals are very affordable. When you enter his store, Hashim greets you warmly (regulars are greeted by name) and this adds to the appeal of visiting Osman's. Hashim, you're a legend.
