Only Nando’s close to the Southern Peninsula of Cape Town. We drive all the way over the mountain to get our Nando’s fix - so it must be worth it. Nice food, clean shop and friendly staff.

The whole chicken was fair with not much flavour and the accompanying salad was poorly made - no finesse in its preparation. Fast food in 15 minutes but won't be going back.

Food is always good. They dont have baby chairs though which is a bummer. Also staff should smile when speaking to customers. You're left feeling as though your requests are above their pay grade.

My wife and I decided to visit here for lunch, as opposed to competing eateries at the Blue Route Center in Tokai, I felt we chose wrong, in hindsight. A very impersonal place, I felt they though they were doing us a favor letting us order and eat here. We put in our order, paid and were given a number on a large metal rooster and informed we could seat ourselves anywhere, which we did. Drinks in hand we did just that and waited for our meal, the tables felt tacky as if it was not wiped down after the last seating. My main course arrived before my starter, my wife' s meal arrived with my starter, a while later, these people have no concept of service, Lemon and Herb burnt the hell out if my mouth, I think the cook basted the hot and lemon and herb orders with the same brush. I cannot stand spicy food therefore I never order anything but Lemon and Herb flavor at Nandos. In all an unpleasant experience, not to mention the waitress knocking over my wife's soft drink when plonking down our order. My 3 star rating is overly generous here.

The food is great, fresh and healthy. Opinions seem to differ greatly on how hot/spicy the food is. They also sell some of their sauces in store. The peppersauce goes great with steak.

It all depends on who the "chef" is on the day. Their chicken is Nandos chicken 😋, just been very dissapointed with the last two visits hotpots with rice - it was basically just rice with a bit of pulled chicken and veg. Otherwise their meals are good for a quick lazy evening supper.

Food and service 10/10.... Preparation 45 minutes - 1 hour, be prepared to wait. Pre-ordering doesn't really help, the customer before me pre-ordered and still had to wait a further 30 minutes
