S. V. H.Honestly, the service I receive from this branch is unbelievable! Staff are so full of life, respectful, and always go above and beyond! I work in Paarl every two weeks and regardless of who it may be, the service is top quality! Special shout out to server 1723 Moipane, you're an absolute star and you made my day 10 times better.
L. W.Fantastic service, from entry to exit. What bothers the most is, everytime I visit this outlet 2/3 times a week, I must ask for SAUCE.....WHY? Nando's are famous and known for their sauce and not the chicken.....If I want grilled chicken, ill buy it from the Pakistani around the corner, please change your point of sale question to what flavour instead of extra sauce.
I. L.Waited more than 1 hour for my first order. Service is disastrously slow. I'm sure they'll get better as time goes on. But for now slow service. Looks like staff are still learning on the job. Good food as expected by a nandos franchise
