Went through driveway for softserve .car Infront was waiting on order by the window where you received your order for more than 15 minutes. When I ask the waiter why didn't you tell the cat Infront to wait by the waiting Bay and help your other customers she was not impressed with me and said a few words I could not understand unfriendly rude staff that think the customers is in need of them.

Reason for the 3 stars is that an hour before closing there wasn't any chicken available... must be how they manage their wastage. Still, it was very disappointing. I was forced to buy zinger wings which was really good. Would've been 4 stars, sorry guys.

Nice staff. But I got 2 fries, so had to go back to replace 1 fries with a burger, sorted at the end, but then I saw the lady give my extra fries that I'd stuck my fingers in & had a nibble to someone else. Either way great for me, not so much for the other that didin't know NOW their fries had just had my fingers all over them.

The store looks great after the upgrade. The staff was friendly and polite. And the manageress was great. She was super friendly and her smile brightens the store. She even opened the door for me. 😊

I love the KFC in Grassy Park. The food is good and the service is good. My only issue is the parking and leaving the premises, however I guess it's because it is so good that everyone wants a piece or a finger licking experience.

Didn't have a very good experience tonight. Woman at the window of the drive through wasn't very friendly and I found my burger upside down in its box! Not very presentable. First time I've had such an experience. Could be improved.

Drive through staff know absolutely nill about customer service, unwelcoming and don't care if customers stand at an empty window waiting to be served only to guess that they need to try the next window perhaps there will be staff there to assist. Terrible service

Wow wow wow Erefaan Mr manager you and your team managed to give us the freshest best zingers ever . Fillets was decent size lettuce fresh fillets tasty one could actually taste the hot zinger effect . I traveled through out South Africa no KFC has ever that quality , just worried about the other KFC going forward the bar was set very high now

They should really get a cleaner, the bathroom mop is used in the eating area as well, really gross as the floor smells of dirty mop

The chicken is always fresh. The lines however always long as the drive thru is very small. Not the biggest KFC around the block but they make up for that with their food tasting better than the other kfc's around. Definitely worth a try when you are in the area. It is just off the M5 next to the Mosque. Thank me later
