I called in about 5 times to change my order and the cashier Samke handled it with a smile, never snap at me and took time with me to help me decide as to what meal would suit my family. Well done on the staff and management. Great service equals proud customer.

The strips and rice was also so dry.
Umgeni sasol pedros was always my 1st choice, but now i rather venture out to spend my hard earned money.

As I am reflecting on the past weekend, something has popped up in my head about the service I received on Saturday from a particular individual at Pedro's chicken. I called this outlet to place a collect order and as I was talking to this lady, I ran out of airtime and my call got cut off.
I then dialed again from another phone before my call was picked up, my phone started ringing and I realised that they were calling me back. Wow👏👏👏I really was taken aback by that gesture and to my surprise that such service still exists. I am very much greatful to have experienced this kind of exceptional service from Pedro's Chicken outlet on Umgeni Sasol garage. Big ups to the amazing sister who took her time to offer me the greatest service 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

N. M.We had issues with our order, the chicken wasnt well done. The team there listened and redid our order and gave us a complimentary 2l soda. Kudos to the team, there was however a rude lady who was eager to leave and seemed agitated but ke that doesn't matter we got what we paid for.
