Very cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The waiters are friendly and helpful whenever you need. For me the best is their Death by Chocolate cake. Absolutely divine. If you're a pasta lover, this may not be the best; it's not as creamy as I would have enjoyed. Over all, you'll not go wrong with Next Chapter

Had such a great time with my Sister. It was her birthday and the Staff together with the Manager made it really special for her. The food was amazing! Good selection of Cocktails and just all around great atmosphere and excellent service.

Our experience at the Next Chapter was very sweet and short. We decided to pop in for breakfast. My boyfriend and I each having the Bacon Benedict. It was delicious & Creamy. Our waittress was very friendly. Service was also very fast. The menu itself was not downzised due to the current pandemic which was a plus + compared to other restaurants. All in all, great place to vibe with friends or family.

Food was very nice, had the halloumi as a starter and it was nicely cooked. Had the Castonza pizza(don’t quite remember the name) and their stuffed chicken breast which was also very nice. Service was lovely as well, our waiter even had a lovely.

It's Beautiful, clean, elegant. Their staff was very friendly, it was as if we have know each other for a long time. They have got a loooooot of options to choose from on their menu. Their cocktails are to die for (thanks to the manager who explained how each n every cocktail is made, thus making a selection decision easy). They've got mouthwatering cakes...Oh My Gosh. I'd give this place a 5 star, but the service was terrible. I went there alone and I was served by Simphiwe Mbatha if that's his name. The guy hardly checked on me. I had to tell others to call him for me everytime I needed something. I understand that it was busy, but check on your customers when you get a chance. I had to wait a million years for the bill. I did not even get an apology after asking him why he did not check on me. I love Next Chapter, but I was really disappointed yesterday.

The food was okay. The service was terrible. I waited 20-25 minutes for coffee. I waited another 35 minutes for a simple breakfast (eggs, bacon, and mushrooms that weren't cooked properly). It's a nice place but the slow service ruined my experience.

Good food and a casual lunch vibe, but what really stood out was the service. Attentive managers and all the waiters assisted when needed. Our main waiter was Mfundo, who was very friendly and on the ball.

Great ambience but meal was average. I ordered the half baby spatchcook kitchen which was hard and overcooked. Portion was extremely small. We booked in a group for a staff farewell. Beautiful restuarant. Friendly staff. Incredible food and lovely atmosphere. I love this restuarant, it's amazing. I for one have no complaints whatsoever with regards to the service and service delivery provided here. However my heart sank when our waiter left before we had a chance to tip him because his shift was over, hopefully next time around I'll get a chance to give him his very much deserved tip because he treated us with great care and so did the next waitress who took over him. I highly recommend this restuarant.

Just had a great lunch with excellent service. I have never posted, but after traveling around SA for my 10th trip, I have to start giving commendation to the restaurants that aren't ok with mediocrity and work to have happy competent staff represent there location. Staff greeted us politely.. we were seated, served and checked on regularly.. food was hot and tasty, portions were huge.. will definitely go back... it was a little noisy but bustling over lunch time and once the food arrived it didn't bother me.. but then.. im a farm girl and not use to the city
