Such a hidden gem!! This place is truly amazing...from management to serving staff....they went out of their way to make our baby shower party such a great one!! The food portions are large...but more so extremely tasty.....the desserts are divine and the coffees and frozen chocolate were a delight...this place in the midst of nature is serene and thr views are wonderful.......all in all a fantabulous place to chill, meet friends/family, grab brunch or even celebrate something special.....will be going back to sample more divine foods and drinks

The vibe is good, got indoor and outdoor seating. It’s easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood. The food was okay for me, wasn’t great. The place has flies, so be wary of that as there are a lot of trees & plants. It was kept clean, the service and waiting time was good. Toilets are at the back, the place has steps upon entering.

Absolutely wonderful experience on our first visit. Staff were so friendly that even though it was so busy they took time out to come and have a little chat at the table.. The meals were delicious and quite a good variety on the breakfast menu. A place that you really must try. A bonus is that it's pet friendly.

I have just gotten home after our Matric-Staff event at The Neighbourhood, and my cup is just overflowing! We had the most amazing lunch spending time with our teachers before parting ways, and this venue was so perfect for the occasion. Such a beautiful atmosphere and amazing food, coffee incredible, and most of all, such lovely staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make this lunch such a beautiful event. God bless!! Went to this place expecting it to be top shelf after seeing it on TikTok however everything I ordered didn't come how I asked or I got something else I got burnt food lol I even spoke to a lady there that said she could assist but guess what she heard my story and did Nothing I even left my contact details for the manager and still haven't received a call from them

The serviceeeeeee...great!!! The food...we had penne carbonara with bacon. It was amazing! The vibe was great but eish the music ha ha ha. Prices are very reasonable. Also the location was a bonus for me. Very secluded. If you want to tag along someone that you don't want to be seen with...then this is the plug. Ha ha ha. 😂

I went to try it out for the first time this year and have returned about 5 times since. Each visit u try a new meal and it’s just as scrumptious. The food, atmosphere & staff are all fantastic! Best place to enjoy an amazing breakfast / lunch! Neighbourhood cafe never disappoints.

Had a bridal shower for my sister there & it was incredible! Not only is it just sunning with the trees & lights, but the staff and food were phenomenal! Their team really does go the extra mile to make sure you have an amazing time. Couldn’t recommend them more!

This place is amazing. Great natural out door settings. Like being far away from home with a comforting atmosphere to distress. The Gatvol coffee shop the garden set up and the food all come together giving you exactly what you need throughout the day. Friendly staff and I managed to have a word with the owner Marianne who as told me she can do private parties and often host wine tasting and other invents on site. The hotel Here bolsters a full white interior, showing class and elegance. A must visit to all. My 5 star rating on this amazing place is true at heart.

This was like discovering a gold mine! What a lovely place, great vibe, great food and staff so friendly. I highly recommend to everyone in the area to try them out, my only suggestion for the place was to perhaps invest in citronella candles as the water feature attracts flies and mozies. Also to have coloring books or a attraction for kids to keep them busy. Overall such a great spot

From the yummiest and flavorful food (and non-shy portions) to the beautiful, peaceful and serene atmosphere of the surrounding forestry, and it would be wrong of me not to mention the friendly, efficient, and accommodating staff. Neighborhood Cafe is a hidden gem nestled in nature. The outdoor dining experience is so special, you forgot that you are in a residential area. The breakfast is spectacular, perfect portion size and delicious and always served with a smile. Their Sunday set menus are an extra bonus and a perfect end to the weekend. I have spent hours here with family or friends, sharing meals and laughs while listening to live music.

A cafe restaurant located on the grounds of Beside Still Waters Boutique Hotel. You can order drinks from the attached Gatvol coffee. There are tables indoors, but there is plenty of greenery, so if the weather is nice, we recommend spending your time outdoors. I replaced the sourdough bread on the avocado toast with a bagel and added bacon. The crunchy purple onions were a great accent and it was very delicious. I didn't mind the sound of the M4 running right next to it, and I thought it was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday morning. There was a parking space in a vacant lot across the road. There is security staff at both the parking lot and the entrance to the site, so you can feel safe.
