Only good as a last resort. Constantly mix orders up, Colonel Burger fillets are as small as that of a Crunch Burger, Never Has Chilli Salt and even when they do and ya ask for it, they look at you like they're doing you a Favour

I tried all stores in Phoenix and Mount Edgecombe KFC is the best with chicken taste but Service is a bit slow though the store was not to busy . The staff concentrate more on the online deliveries and the drivers of MR D making customers to wait a long time as for atmosphere screaming and talking with less productivity there is no atmosphere

I give it a 4 star because they treat their customers with respect.next time they will get a 5 star rate only if the afternoon staff can be quicker.there is a lack of speed between 19:00 to 22:00.they keep telling customers to wait for the chicken for 15 minutes but actually we wait more than 30 minutes. Thank you

This branch of KFC is better than most in phoenix and surrounding areas, the chicken somehow taste better, the location of the store is good with ample parking and is relatively Safe. The store is always neat and the service is good, although a smile will help to pick up one's mood.

Food there is fresh, usually very busy but service is not so bad if using walk in service. Just parking is an issue because it is shared with the garage next door and tow trucks and meter taxis etc....

What is the point of placing and order in the app and paying online when you only verify my order and start preparing it when I get there? You then put my nuggets in a paper bag instead of the nugget box that all other branch provide.
