Z. A.One of the best places I've eaten at. Food is amazing. I constantly order and have tried most of whats on their menu. Food is always delivered on time. Amazing specials.
However the reason for my 4 star rating and not 5 :
Last night we ordered their creamy steak pizza and feta focaccia. When food was delivered, the pizza toppings were off the base and some leaking out of the box. But that really wasn't an issue as we do understand when food is delivered it can sometimes get messed up. The feta on the focaccia was gone off. It was soooo bad that I really felt disappointed as I haven't had it in a while and really was looking forward to it. I never once complained and always complimented the staff as well as the food. As a loyal customer I wanted to let them know about the feta. I sent a message on WhatsApp as I usually do for placing my order in which responses are very quick. But when I advised about the focaccia, I was ignored completely. No response. I won't be ordering again. No matter how good the food was, I prefer the treatment of customer service.
Managers: please monitor the WhatsApp messaging services. You may not even know if customers are getting ignored or not.
