Took my Girlfriend here. The place is gorgeous, the food is amazing with large portions and the prices are competitive. Would recomend 9/10 for anyone that want a great meal and a peaceful place to unwind

Sublime atmosphere . Good chilled vibes music. Coctail specials R60 Mondays to Wednesdays. Shooter specials R20 Tuesday +Thursday . I certainly recommend coming here with either a friend, a group of friends , or even your significant other/ someone special.

We set at the kiddies area and the kids had fun. It wasn't crowded. The views were great, the ducks were on-site. The food was awesome,can they please add wings on the menu 😆.

We stay close by and are regulars. Whether we visit or even order for collection. The food is ALWAYS amazing. Best ribs and burgers. Their steaks are awesome too. The Mumbai lamb curry is delicious. The baskets and platters are awesome. There’s also ample space for kids. Would recommend any day!

The food was excellent!! The salads are delicious with lots of feta and olives. The menu is a bit big and makes choices hard. The freaky shakes are a bit disappointing because of wrapped sweets on the ice-cream. For the price one should get freshly cut chips rather than frozen.

We had a special birthday celebration with the breakfast buffet. The tables were ready and set according to our telephone conversations at no extra charge. We were also set up in a seperate area away from other patrons. Service for 28 people were excellent and food was great. Would recommend them for any function or just normal eating out experience.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Good service. Wide variety of dishes on buffet, carvery and set menu. Kiddies menu available. Really delicious dessert. Wide variety of drinks - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Wide range of exceptional shooters. Specials every day of the week, also on the carvery and buffet on some days. Can watch sport. Cigars available, although limited range.

Food is nice and the outmosphere, I just want to plead with the manager to walk around and check if customers are still fine, and to ask the waiters not to take long with drink orders. Please guys the other table end up leaving cause they waited for long for their drinks.

We have been to Square Time a few times and we always ask for Jameson. He is probably the best waiter that we ever had. He is quick, friendly, he never gets our orders wrong. I love burgers, but often times they look great on pictures and disappoint you when they arrive. Overcooked patties are a big NO and false advertising just makes me angry. Square time managed to win me over with their MASSIVE burger which oozes with personality and depth of flavour. Every bite is a taste sensation, leaving you wanting for more - but you just don't have space for another bite! To give you an idea of the enormity- I have a takeaway which provided me with two full meals extra... so in effect, you get a 3-in-1 mouthwatering burger. The most impressive part for me was the patties. The waiter asked how you would like it cooked (like...wow!!) And the patty was cooked perfectly. Making my foodie heart so very happy. Pair this beautiful burger with your favourite cocktail (the mai-tai is delicious, by the way) and you are guaranteed to be smiling from ear to ear when you leave. The burger costs R129.90 and is a very fair price for the amount of food that is placed on the table. I also have to mention the setting and view from Square Time - you overlook the majestic Boardwalk lake, which creates this feeling of "being out of the city" that is just magical.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a very rude waiter. It was my first time here, and from nowhere, he came and started scolding us for being in his way while he wanted to clear up and move tables. It was more the fact that we had been standing in conversation well beforehand and that he never asked politely prior to his rant. That said, the food and the atmosphere was great. I recommend going there to anyone, just avoid the waiter that is busy cleaning up if you can.

What a beautiful place for everyone, we went there for lunch buffet on Sunday is only R169, you get your starters ,main course and desert and if you don't want buffet they have other food on the menu .they have an awesome space where your kids can play while you have beautiful talk with friends and family. The prices are very affordable

This is a beautiful venue! The menu has so many options to choose from, the prices are reasonable and the food and cocktails are great! The smoking section is also good. It's upstairs and open, completely separate from the main dining area. The child play area is also well away from the main dining area which is nice.

Happy hour buy 1 get 1 free on all local beers (5 to 6pm daily). Homey and comfortable atmosphere. Pizzas recommended (we ordered the Pepperoni & Mexicana). Plate of chips ordered was sent back due to portion size being very small. Service can be slow sometimes.
