Delicious! FLAVOUR OFF THE CHART ! To describe the overall experience I would say the flavours were absolutely exceptional. Food : - Delicious! I had a chicken wrap and chips, I found the flavours rich and creamy. - The Restaurant only got 4 stars because of the chip’s portion size. I had it with tzatziki. - Pasta was delicious! Rich and creamy with lots of flavour. Atmosphere : - Calm and viby! - Inviting and feels fresh! Management : (owner and manager on site) - Absolutely superb! Owner on duty making sure everything is done correctly. Managers on duty and service overall was great! - Waitress Sandra was superb!

A lady came to take our order, and I asked her to come back to take mine - she didn’t. I had ordered another side and it didn’t make it to our table. We weren’t checked on, we had to keep nudging the waitrons as they pass. None of them wore name tags nor did they introduce themselves. I had to ask for their names. I wasn’t happy with how long our meals took. Some of the meat was already cold. On the upside, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is nice.

I was invited to join the media evening for the opening of the new Nikos Coalgrill Greek at Montecasino Now yes it's in a casino, but the vibe this place has and the staff, you are definitely going to have a fabulous evening out. We got treated to Belly/fire Dancing, Bouzouki players and of course the very therapeutic ritual of Plate breaking 😋. Without fail the evening isn't complete without dancing to Zorba the Greek 💃🏽 For starters we got treated to a platter of my favourite Zucchini fries, along with Halloumi, Olives, Dolmades and Spanakopitas which were so rich and creamy. I got to enjoy that with a delightful Cosmopolitan 🍹my standard drink of choice. For mains, now if you have been to a Nikos Coalgrill Greek before you'd know their Skinny Lamb Chops and Koftas are always a winner. We were also given Chicken skewers, Chicken pieces, Pita, Tzatziki, Chips and Beef Skewers. So if you are a meat lover like me then you know you sorted. If you do have a sweet tooth well then you can also check out the menu. We got a trio of Chocolate Tahina and Halva Brownie / Pavlova and Galaktoboureko. Yes it's a mouthful and so is the dessert. It was such a fun night seeing so many familiar faces, some that we haven't seen pre-covid. Let's hope we can continue to venture out, have a drink, eat some great food and have tons of laughs catching up with friends, some we call family. OPA!. Thanks to Lindy for giving us such great service and to Nikki, Marina and Nicholas for hosting us, it was an awesome evening. I had the most amazing experience at NIKOS! I have never been to a restaurant that ticks every single box. 😍 Everything was absolutely delicious. We were helped by Vusi (in my opinion, he should be the manager, because he is just INCREDIBLE)!! I truly appreciate the lengths Vusi went to. I actually lost the footage from the restaurant, but managed to recover 1 video. I'll try to piece the video for TikTok, because NIKOS Monte Casino is definitely the place to be. If I could give it 20 stars, I would 😌👏🏼🥂 Well done!

Once again, Nicos at Montecasino did not disappoint! My friend had the lamb shank with roast potatoes & baklava which he raved about, while I had the most delicious fish & chips & custard in phyllo pastry. Service was unobtrusive but excellent & our dinner was enlivened a birthday party with singing, dancing & the obligatory plate smashing. For a Wednesday lunch time this was a delicious & happy lunch!!

Had a nice light lunch at Nikos. Got the Yiro with Lamb, it had a good flavour and was very tasty. This is the second time I have gotten one from here and both were good. Got served by a very friendly waiter, Maya, he also helped describe and recommend meals for us. Overall lovely atmosphere and good meal.

This is the spicy chickpea wrap. ( half eaten in the pic) I was hesitant at first to get a veg option from a 'meaty' place but I was pleasantly surprised. This wrap was full of flavour, texture and it was absolutely delicious.

If you are a seafood lover, go to NIKOS Monte Casino, I ordered a 1KG prawns to share and was only R389. It was absolutely worth it and thank you so much Khetha our waiter for the great service. I have had so many bad seafood exercises and NIKOS just made me believe that there are still great seafood restaurants out there. I forgot to take a before picture because the food was so nice. 🙃

If there were more stars, I would give more. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! We left full but wanted more because it was so good. Staff were helpful, kind and well manner. They made the experience memorable. Would definitely suggest the Gyros and chocolate brownies !!!! So shout out to the chefs for yummy meals. Thank you to our waiter Maya, and also need to mention the fantastic manager, Brian. You are splendid behind words. Music was playing which added to the atmosphere amd was suited to their cuisine. Their facilities were prestine including their private bathroom. Very well kept and felt somewhat lux. Would recommend in a heartbeat and we look forward to visiting again.

I especially enjoyed the kleftiko, which was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. And the baklava for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal - it was sweet and nutty and just the right amount of sticky. The service at Nikos at Montecasino was exceptional. I usually order the chickpea wrap which is yum - I had an issue where there was too much lemon in the tahini and therefore the food was a bit too zesty - I called in and explained to Ryan and he sent me 2 wraps and a dessert to make up for this - they didn’t have to, but they did and I feel this is what great service is about - thank you Nikoz 👏

A great Greek restaurant. It is a very successful place in terms of both ambiance and food. The employees are very attentive. The service was fast compared to the rest of the country, and all the dishes came without any waiting. They have both seafood and meat products, and they are quite good in that respect. Sovlaki plate is quite filling. It can be ordered as chicken, meat or pork. You won't be surprised when you see that the dessert varieties are the same as ours.
