Took 40 minutes for my food and the chicken was dry. If you dont ask for extra sauce you get no sauce. Rice hotpot was absolutely freezing cold. Store focuses on drive thru customers. Walk in customers are deprioritized. They fixed my order by microwaving it after i complained. Manager didnt even check on me or apologise. Mall of Africa Nandos is on a other level compared to this store. Took a picture of the spinach. Tasted as yuck 😝 as it looks

The waiter was not friendly she took 25 minutes assisting one family and when I ask her to get another waiter she told me that they are spending R900 the food was terrible sitting arrangement worse

Has massively improved 👏. Waiting time is excellent. The drive through process has gotten even better, if Food is taking long, there is a proactive explanation given on what's the issue and how long it will take.

After a hectic day in an area we are not to familiar with, Googled a well know brand however this Nandoos is quite different. From the time we walked in, there was a good vibe. The patron serving the table was quite exceptional. BIG UPS TO STANLEY. lovely service, friendly and efficient.

Waiting time is still a problem, & another thing, this thing of not using drive-through when there is loadsheding, is very poor 😢 & unprofessional to a busy place like that.

The service received was excellent but would not go there again as the smoke from the braai area penetrates to the diner, two the kids get bored and play with ice machine as well as sauces 😖 never saw a manager onsite and the kitchen staff are quite loud making the atmosphere uncomfortable.... so for that reason u shall see me no more😤

I usually have a problm of burnt ten wings . I only see wen i get home please improve on your wings .. they are always burnt... can u have a supervisor checking on the grillers. Sometimes u order lemon and herb but it wil be chilly like it's peri peri😪

Not bad, good food but drive thru guy must be friendly to customers, he was not happy that we mistakenly passed the menu display and asked him to assist he told us to go back. We had to join the queue again. But not a big issue

Best nandos I have ever been to. The experience is pleasant from the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile (even though it's behind the mask you can see it on the person's expression and the way they talk) the food is far superior than most nandos the drive through is efficient and fast. I would rather drive here than order in from this nandos just because of the pleasant experience. Thank you.

A bit of a wait is expected when you go here at the end of the month or on a Friday evening. Under mormal circumstances food comes out within good time. They do their veges well, they're not dry and crusty like the other locations. I enjoyed their wedges as well. Small portion (+/- 8%) of the chicken was a bit under-done but besides that it was a great meal. Kinda felt like we made it ourselves at home. The staff were very welcoming and tables were clean. No left-over milkshake floating in pur cooldrink glasses when they served us.
