Had a small hickup in the past with one order. Thank you for your response to my complaint, I have ordered a few times after the hickup, and I am very glad to say that it was an isolated incident. The food quality is great and we will definitely be ordering from you again and again. The fact that you wanted to replace my order says a lot about your service. Thank you.

Food is excellent and the service is perfect. They are also quite fast. Excellent location, good halaal food in Hatfield. Conveniently open until 11pm on week nights. Will appreciate some outside heaters though in the dining area.

Where do we get one of the best of fries and best chicken??? 🗣Mochachos ...si señor, situated on the busy street Burnett in Hatfield. Service can be bettered in terms of the Order lead time.

I had been given hot instead of lemon and herb when I recieved my Burger. Not wanting to complain I tried eating it however my sensitive stomach didn't comply. Anyway we sent it back hoping to have a the hot piece of chicken replaced with lemon and herb, but the kitchen had made me an entirely new Burger! It was delicious, I was very impressed with the service received. Thank you!

After reading reviews I see the owner responds and tries to rectify hence my generous 4 star rating - However I’m not very happy at all. Ordered off uber eats, food was cold chips were cold.. I asked for side Mayo which was obviously ignored. I’m a big machochos fan and happy it’s finally arrived in Hatfield. It won’t be my last time but hopefully it’s better next time...
