Easy order on the inside app. Quick service. No cutlery with the food. Wet wipes would be nice. The orange juice is always great. More jalapeños with the chips would be good too. Otherwise a good meal.

The food is always fresh! The staff on the other hand don't listen to the customers request and always get my orders wrong. I rated the atmosphere low, as there is a homeless man who is always begging for money by the drive-through and after countless requests to have him removed, he is still active in the facility, making it uncomfortable for me to place an order.

The service was good and quick took less than 5 minutes for my order and it wasnt as busy am hoping it was not the reason for the quick service, as I see reviews from other guides and clients is not impressive. Hope management and staff will consider such and improve upon.

Service was quick and efficient. I am however shocked that drinks come without a lid as according to them, is a standard rule. I have never experienced such in any of the McDonalds. Imagine the chances of a spillage. Especially when eating in with children

I've only been here once or twice and always end up going through the drive-through. That said, however, the food was fresh and great tasting, the service was friendly, quick and efficient, and the wait wasn't long.

Busiswe and her team were so helpful, I had my hands full with my children and they even helped me carry my food to the car. Best and friendliest service I have ever recieved from any McDonalds. Highly recommend making a turn by them.

The service was fine. The Big Mac keeps getting smaller and more expensive. Not the Big Mac I remember. Milkshakes is my only reason now to order McDonald's, because that's the one thing that kept it's value and yummyness.

It's an average macdonalds. I droves past the payment window as noone was there when we originally drove up.this caused a few issues the staff helped resolve.

The food was good, as on previous visits. But the staff was just off their game, this Sunday past. The lady behind the counter was a bit unsure of processing the App daily deals, hence I had to make 4 card payments. The food preperation time was very slow, especially if you consider the fact that when we walked in there was only one person waiting for his order. No other customers were busy eating, except two staff members. The ambiance while eating there was also unpleasant, as they had the music turned up loud. I will think three times before going back to this branch.

I love it here, I always buy here, but today's service was lagging. My favorite Salted Caramel was full of ice and not properly mixed. As I'm typing, I don't even taste the signature that makes me keep coming back from me. Let's not even get to my chicken Foldover 😕😒😪... But I still love you guys.

Service was average. Chicken Nuggets were being made fresh so I had to park and wait going through the drive through. Some of the nuggets were pretty stale even after waiting. Teller also forgot to take my order of an Oreo McFlurry, so I had to wait even longer for that.

We got to this McDonald's just before closing because of traveling in from Natal and were amazed at the friendly, helpful attitude of the staff. The order was correct and the food was fresh and delicious. It was worth the detour off the N3. Thank you 😊

They've gone over to the digital system whereby you order yourself on a touch-screen. It's a very slow process with minimum pricing displayed. Service is slow during lunch time.

This McDonald's offers the use of a 15 seater meeting room for 1 hour if you spend a minimum of R50 per person. This is a great offering for small businesses that usually struggle to find convenient meeting places that offer comfort and privacy. Included in the offering is free WiFi for 1 hour. The McD is close to the airport and it is not too crowded. Great find for this week.
