It's a newly opened McDonald's, about a year or so old now... I go almost daily with the kids after i pick them up from school, and we have never had issues here. The service is sharp and efficient, and staff are always friendly and offer value add to enhance meals ordered. Very clean McDonald's and well kept. There is plenty of seating it also boasts a massive upper deck with balcony seating. 👌🏽

Malebo is a top manager who is willing to assist the customer beyond the mistakes that McDonalds keep making. Please have other managers get some tips from her on how to better their customer service. Only good McDonalds left. Thanks to Karin and Malebo ♡

Their food is always fresh and hot but the drive through sometimes takes too long with orders.

The reason for the scoring is because the machines might take long in the morning when you in a rush, but the people are very nice and will help you, just make sure you have cash if you in a rush

I eat here on average twice per week. Although it's a lovely new store in a pleasant small shopping centre the staff do not do any justice at all to the lovely physical building. They are loud, uncouth, shout at each other in conversation from more than 6m away. This morning the Supervisor/Manager spent her time at the central bar stool counter from 7h30 listening to music on her phone playing loudly while shouting across to the counter assistant in ongoing conversation. I left at 7h54 so I won't know is this special morning break & party continued thereafter. It was like being in a pub at Friday rush hour instead of an environment where one could have a peaceful breakfast & plan the day ahead. Just totally loud, unruly & utterly disgraceful behavior!!!! Please monitor this on your CCTV for future reference.

Oh what an amazing experience. I had not visited a McDonalds in a long time. Kiddo Martha was very kind to assist me to use the latest ordering technology. The food came quite quickly, the Chips were freshly cooked and delicious as was the rest of the meal - double cheese burger. The shift Manager on duty on 5th April 2023 at 2.00pm was amazing. Great customer service, an exceptionally spotless and clean environment. All round Cudos to the entire team. Good job Diwrrglen branch.

Opens 24hrs on Thursday to Sundays and closes at 22.00 from Monday to Wednesday. Strange hours isn’t 🙄yeah tell me about it. But anyway McDonald will always be McDonald nothing more nor less.

My experience at this Macdonalds was amazing. I felt like a king again! They greated me when I walked in, then brought the food to my table and then gave me a taste of their muffins.
