This is one of the best places to take your family out for a nice dinner. Where you will enjoy the freshest and most delicious 😋 food where every bite wants to make you smile from enjoyment and happy looks on your family's faces. The staff here is super friendly and always helpful they really know how to serve their customer. I would recommend my all my friends a d family to go and enjoy one meal there and you'll love it so much you'll be stuck going back again and again

Typical Spur, if you have been to one then you know the drill. A reasonable menu, fair prices and a good kids play area. Service was good.

We always have good service and friendly staff. The food is usually good quality. The play area for kids is very nice and big. Their menu variety is also quite good. Their steaks are always delicious and cooked just how you ask.

Hi Came to spur for the first time in many years I pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and very helpful and friendly form a young manger He was very chatty and informative we didn't get a name and the kids were super happy in the kids play zone and gives me peace of mind their was a very lovely lady watching and interacting with our kids Food was absolutely amazing And the service was fast and amazing I will be back for my my grand kids birthday

Besides the food being amazing and the service outstanding, myself I personally enjoyed the atmosphere more since it wasn't busy nor full. There was less than 10 tables booked around the time we were there. No loud noise, just beautiful music. The rest of the family also enjoyed, food and service. Well done!!!

An amazing experience, I had ribs and it was fall off the bone good! Polite servers all the way around but if you go there, request for Brendan because he was easily the most polite waiter I have ever seen in an extremely long time! Ordered 2 steak meals BOTH were cold on arrival. Had to be sent back and i so hate sending food back you never know what happens to it after that, Dined in. Follow up .. I was contacted by the owner/operator personally shortly after reediting this review.... who remedied the situation, although no remedy was expected. I accept it was a rare/unsolicited occurrence, because I have eaten there on many occasions before and had good service and meals were good too. The staff are not too clued up with proper customer service and they do not understand the importance of not lying to clients. Management seems efficient when dealing with clients but not communicating with staff. Food is good and fresh. Kids play area is wonderful and the sit down area is clean.

Good food, lady that showed us to our seats... very friendly and nice... told us our waiter will be with us now... she took our orders an after a while she came back and still has not seen our waiter.... but she arrange everything for us... so thank you to her.... she made it awesome for us... wish I had her name... food was very good but prices went up a lot.

Worst steak I've ever had. 40% gristle and came out with steak sauce on it despite requesting mushroom sauce, which was served on the side. Everything else was good, particularly the chicken with Peri Peri sauce. Service was great too.

I would've taken photos but unfortunately the food was so perfectly cooked I gobbled it all up. We had a meat heavy breakfast and every single piece was grilled perfectly. The guy on the grill is an artist! I had to call the manageress over and compliment her on her kitchen. Thank you 😁

The service provider could not be better from Sam. Within the kids play area the lady who is overseeing the children are humble and generous and makes time to oversee all children equally. We as a family will always support Lone Spur Steak Ranch as the food and the staff that always serves us, are from top notch quality.

This is a great Spur that's really clean. They have a wonderful kiddies area and really friendly waiters. Service is really quick and food was great. Menus had a wide variety. Our experience was great.

Thus is my local spur and I think it's awesome. There is very friendly staff who break into dance half way through the meal. Great place for kids as it has a play area.

Its your everyday spure, the seats sits a bit uncomfortable no back support especially if you are waiting for your food you have returned because it is cold. Specials that are been advertised on tv is no ware to be seen in shop to be fair this advert is for all of the spures and not just lone spure but i think they should be up to date with the vision of the spure franchise. Other then that the personel are friendly and eager to rectify mistakes made.
