Ordered via the KFC app. What an accommodating expierence. Order was delivered in less then 30 minutes. I was updated via sms during the whole process and even afterwards. Food was neatly packed and wrapped and was absolutely finger lickin great! Thank you for a delicious dinner during loadshedding.

The service is good even though they seem to be understaffed most of the time leading to long wait to be served. There are inconsistencies when it comes to how the chicken is prepared. Their wraps and burgers though, are always well prepared, fresh and tasty.

The drive-thru is almost never working. Little friendliness won't hurt! Oh and KFC's isn't anymore what it was, very small burger! The fully loaded box meal wasn't even that great because it felt like we ate bite sized food.

It's OK really. The food is OK and though it does have it's days the line tends to move more often at that KFC than the others and yet to get there and find they don't have wings.
