Had a great experience this morning they are opened by 6am, didn't even have to wait long for my order

Last night (08/03/2023) I didn’t receive my full order because mr d delivery forgot to take everything, I phoned the KFC on Roxburgh road and I was assisted by Yvonne, and the manager Patricia. These ladies went out of their way and made sure I got a meal with what the driver had forgotten. I really appreciate everything these ladies have done for me. And highly recommend that these ladies truly get employees of the year. I have never met such amazing people and had such amazing service anywhere else. Thank you to those two amazing ladies. In this day and age customer service does not exist and these ladies are a prime example of how excellent customer service is given to keep a client happy. If there is any ways I could nominate them to receive a token from head office in order to show their exemplary service. Then please can this be done to not only show appreciation from the customers side but from the company’s side too

We got the best waiter to serve us, normally at KFC you wait for your food at the pay point but this particular waiter said since we are eating here we can sit down and he'll serve us, he he did. 100%

Exceptional service. The Lady who is sanitizing is very friendly and helpful. For KFC to receive my last missing 'star' You need to increase your capacity to have more staff. There is too much demand with skeleton staff. Waiting during lockdown under wave 2 it has to be avoided at all cost. Just increase your hands🙏

Quick, efficient, not so long waiting for food only problem is sometimes you have this bad luck on having someone with an attitude towards customers, could be exhaustion or maybe they were having a bad day
