The place is always too full, queue always long but they try to speed up the service. They need to implement a system for waiting for your food fter payment,and so forth because that place is too small for more than 10 customers inside.

Its very convenient..but if you are the no long Q and dont mind 14 orders being called before yours go a head.. But its only on month ends. Thought its a clean place service is Grade A standards. Homest staff just need to know what you want or they skip you(only when busy its major busy)

It's always packet & they deliver good service. However, on the 13 October 2017 @ 19:50, they did not deliver. I asked for mild chicken 6 piece. When the cashir enquired about mild chicken, they took long to answer. Eventually they said its available. But then i had to wait 35 minutes for the meat. It would have been appreciated if i wss told, i will have to wait that long. I wouldn't have minded. But to mot be told & wait that long, i felt i was not taken seriously as a customer. Can you please improve on that. Regards TM

Our beautiful Esangweni Chicken licken it shouldn't be reduced to some spaza shop...we are a very BIG BRAND... surely we can affort good quality speed points that attracts better network...poor spoints everyday n forever a problem we in a middle of a pandemic Tap n Go cn work better fr the nation....can sum1 fix this please.

It's very clean for such a busy place as sangweni. Their service is fast and the food very delicious. I never understood the fuss about chicken licken until I had one meal from sangweni. I got addicted to chicken licken since then. Keep up the good work.
