Bird & Co in Rosebank is halaal. They are super busy and have a variety of foods from burger, chicken and even wood fire pizza. I got to try out the bird and co pizza today and I loved that the ingredients were fresh and you could taste it. Pizza was perfection. Only beef we had is that the cashier does not inform sit down orders about the wait on food especially if they are busy with many take away orders. So ask about the wait before you order as you may have to wait 45 min. But a really amazing place to try out. An average specialty pizza is about R140 and cold drinks as well as water are priced at R25 each. The sitting place within the store is neat and clean, with friendly staff and great ambiance. They are located at the Zone food court area.

My family and I came to bird and co for a quick family dinner and we were really happy with the overall experience. The food was not only super filling but very tasty as well and the bird box 2.0 is an amazing value for money. Will definitely come again :)

Best chicken and pizza in town. Was there this past weekend and what lovely food they have. Family really enjoyed the sauce strips and the pizza. Family was really surprised that at Bird&Co they offered half and half pizza. They will be definitely coming back for more and so will I. What lovely and friendly staff , clean and tidy shop and good customer service. Grate value for money.

I like the thin base pizza and it's not burned... Has enough pizza and is different from other pizza places... It's cooked in the oven while you watch them do it in front of your eyes

Great tasting food. The Burger with Peri Mayo was really tasty as well the the Hot Chick Pizza. Very flavorful and a must try. Strips and Rice was also value for money.

Had the half chicken and side of chips, love that it is deboned and tender, makes eating it a breeze. At first bite, you get the Nandos feeling, as the sauce on the chicken is the same consistency, just a bit bland. I don't know if it needed salt or pepper, but neither seemed to make up something missing in the flavour, perhaps maybe too much heavy cream, to little sauce? I am not expert. The cashier could not recommend a flavour, or describe the heat in comparison to other stores available. Like I asked if the mild is similar in heat to Nandos, she couldn't answer or was being diplomatic. This maybe helpful, as most Joburgers are probably new to Bird&Co, and probably more au fait with Nandos. I would maybe try the chicken again, but probably hot or extra hot in the future. We had the Spanish Chick pizza as well, not impressed, lacked any flavour whatsover. The based was however the best thing about the pizza, and I ate the crust. The chourico, had no flavour, neither did the mince or chicken that was on the pizza, honestly, two pieces in, we gave up on the pizza. I don't eat spicy food, this was neither spicy, it just had no taste or flavour. So I would give this one a skip, maybe try another variant in the pizza. The buzzer thingee, is a great idea, if patrons are sitting outside the establishment they can be advised when their meals are ready. The waitresses are a breeze. We chose to dine for lunch after 14h30, hoping the lunch rush was over, and largely it was, so there were tables available inside. We sat inside, which was cozy for two. It is very clean, all be it new. They have other options on the menu, like crumbed halloumi, that I might go back to try. All in all, the chicken is the show stopper, with a little bit more tweaking on which flavour I should actually eat. Price wise, its affordable, not overpriced. All the best

Absolutely delicious burgers one of the best I have tasted love the coriander and avo in it . Their deboned chicken is delicious Excellent specials as well

I loved the sauce on the chicken and all the pizza options. Their pizza bases are the best I've ever tried. The focaccia is tdf! I can't wait to try the white margarita 😍. Service was great too.

At first I saw the smile from the front team as I walked passing by, I stopped to grape a chicken burger 🍔 what a delicious chicken burger I will definitely go back I loved it so much.
