Peter Kratz has been the agent for a property that I rent out for over two years. I couldn't have asked for better support. His careful screening process has ensured that I have had reliable tenants who have taken good care of my apartment. Peter handles all payments and fees due, keep meticulous records of income and expenditure, attends to the tenant's needs and keeps me informed of any problems or issues that arise and how he proposes to handle them.
