I wanted to keep personal contact with customers without having to do a lot of paper work. That is why I chose Preferental and my expectations were fully met. Advertising, billing, drafting of contracts are done by them. I like the dashboard where you can set up the details of a new property quite easily step by step. If I have a question there is always an agent promptly available for help.

It has been a great journey, and I have referred other landlords already. I'm very happy with the pricing and professionalism of the service. The administration seems onerous initially, but once your properties are set up, it's smooth sailing. Need to improve internal communication between the different departments i.e. marketing, listings, applications, accounts etc, and the landlord. Perhaps introduce yourself in the first e-mail contact so the landlord knows which department you deal with. Took me a while to figure out who is responsible for what, but I'm sorted now.

Pretty awesome service.. Makes advertising your rental unit pretty easy, the process to find good tenants are solid, signing of the rental contracts are super quick and straight forward, cool reminders of contracts close to expiry (I always used to forget the expiry dates) sending out monthly invoices now only takes about a minute or less per property, used to take up a whole evening before. Also sends out letters of demand as soon as rentals are not paid which makes the eviction process (if really required) air tight. Only reason for ranking it a 4 and not a 5 is that I am missing a portfolio view for when you have multiple properties (a one pager summary showing all your rental and utility amounts invoiced per property per month and the total amounts collected against what was invoiced for each property and for your portfolio overall per month) I cannot see myself stopping to use their service, overall its been great with really quick response everytime I have a query or question. Highly recommend them to anyone to use!
