Leadhome provides real estate services at a competitive price albeit at a significant compromise. The first is that the seller has to take on many of the activities traditionally done by the estate agent, such as showing the property to buyers which can be an inconvenience if the property being sold is not the sellers primary residence. Secondly, Leadhome relies heavily on an automated online platform to engage with buyers, which results in the agent not doing much to push buyers to make an offer. Given that the buyer meets the seller at viewings and that Leadhome gives out the sellers contact details to buyers, you find that the seller has to field a lot of questions from buyers which would traditionally be directed to agents. For a property below R1m, I would not recommend using Leadhome as the fee of R39 999 (Excl vat) is too exorbitant for the service you get as the agent does not do much but push paper after the seller has done all the work to get a buyer to submit an Offer to Purchase

Very efficient system and continuous comunication is great. Friendly and specialized staff stick to time schedules. The "Proof of the pudding will be in the eating" That is:the sale of our house at expected amount.Potential buyers have started to come view our home. The only downside was that one Potential buyer did not pitch up and ruined our Sunday afternoon. And no apology received yet. Leadhome management or digital control did not pick this up. One of the problems with this new system is that it is mainly digitally controlled and the personal touch is lost where the clients give ongoing personal feedback. (I will revise this review soon I hope)
