Well, I guess it's time for that mug of tea as I take the time to share my experience with Brett and Amanda at Byron Thomas. Firstly, I started with a R5M budget to buy me a new hone. It was quickly established the budget needed to be increased, and it was, to R10M. Here's the thing, due to my own self-imposed time constraints, I only had 7 days to find myself a home, make an offer, and have it accepted by the seller. To achieve this monumental task, I flew in my property portfolio manager from London to navigate the way forward. Byron Thomas discharged their duties with professional care and the upmost attention to detail with all the paperwork. In the end I spent R13M to buy myself a luxurious penthouse in Sandown. Bryan Thomas made sure the experience was awesome from beginning to end. Brett and Amanda at Byron Thomas really are experienced and caring professionals, putting the client's interest above their own. Truly awesome experience.
