I was reluctant to see a therapist, but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Nazia goes beyond understanding and empathizing; she points you to the light at the end of the tunnel. She also helps you to realise that the tunnel isn't as long and dark as you may feel it is. Men are generally hesitant to see any therapist, much less a female one, but I cannot recommend Mrs Osman enough.
