I am here in this moment while waiting , extremely slow service , waited 20 min before my order was taken , now waiting for the food , will see about that after we eat 🤭

The restaurant was basically empty yet the service was so so slow. A couple that came in after us got their drinks, food and bill before us. We had to wave and call our waitress each time we needed something because she kept going off to talk to her colleague at the door. When the food finally came it was good but the service was extremely poor. Very disappointing. EDIT. Thank you to Nkosi who reached out to rectify the situation. I appreciate that they cared enough to make it right, we went back and the food was amazing as always.

Although I had a bad first experience, the excellent service here has made me reconsider my initial rating. Because I did not enjoy my first order, panorottis went out of their way to contact me and send me a free meal. The replacement meal was so delicious. One of the best subs I've eaten in awhile. I truly appreciate it and because of that, you have earned a lifelong customer. I also really appreciate the fact that the vegan menu is so large. Thanks so much

Awesome service. Ordered vegan pizzas and they have been amazing each time I've ordered them. Friendly staff as well and the one lady I had, was super chatty and nice at the till. Also, good pricing. The branch at fourways mall is the one I go to and from experience I've had, they're worth going to.

We were promptly seated, no temp taken. Our order was done and messed up by the kitchen but the manager Nicole immediately rectified this. Best pizza, fantastic wait staff. Toilets were dirty, washed hands that was all I could manage

The food was relatively good, the vegan substitute for Beef Mince was good, quite tasty actually and the other pizzas were nice. The Tiramisu was somewhat sour, not what we expected and we sent it back. The carrot cake seemed a bit "un-thawed" (if that's a word). The service was good, but, the wait for food was a let down. And, two meals arrived at the table and the other two meals (after three requests) arrived about 10 minutes after. Not a horrible experience by any means, but, not great either. Will we be back anytime soon, probably not.

Our waitress was pleasant, unfortunately the place was short staffed. Service was super slow. Two families walked out as a result of not being acknowledged for at least 20 min. A couple waited for almost 30min to receive menu's. We waited for drinks and fetched them ourselves. It was honestly not a lovely experience.

Lovely restaurant, waiters are fully equipped. Most of them know their way around pouring drinks to making pizzas and more. Good service, kids play area, perfect for the little ones. No smoking area however alcohol is served with some super deals on the food and beverages.

Great service and great pizza. So polite. Ordered 9 pizzas for my sons birthday party to be ready at 10.15. At 10.15 on the dot they called to say the pizzas were ready. So refreshing to get good service. Thank you.

I had never had panarottis before, but heard about the vegan options and had to try it out, the vegan Al Capone was amazing , and my girlfriend loved the regular chicken mayo pizza too, the staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were surprisingly good. Overall the experience was fantastic, 100% recommend.

I was so happy that Panarottis Was opening again in Fourways but it seems they are taking a bit of time to get their service up to scratch. Make no mistake I still think Panarottis make the best Pizza’s ever and Panarottis Fourways is no exception . Granted we have only ordered to collect from Panarottis but they have messed up the order three out of four times but have been friendly in their service and apologies. I have high hopes so will hope to revise my review in the near future.

I am such a foodie 🙈 you can't appreciate music and enjoy traveling without exploring. The same way you cannot explore places without trying different dishes. Foodies are the most open minded people you will ever meet 😎

We were at Panarottis for the Fourways Mall official opening and it was such an awesome experience. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the vibe was fantastic. I highly recommend Panarottis Fourways!
