This is my first encounter into holistic healing, acupuncture and physiotherapy and it has so far been a mindful and an enlightening experience. Dr Motsisi's expert guidance, advised stretching techniques have taught me the practice of being one with my body. Her practice, influenced by Chinese holistic medicine is teaching me how to be mindful of the body what triggers it to become out of balance, how to meet it half way so that it can also heal itself (incl. mind and soul).

I came across Dr Mmatheo Motsisi on IG.I then decided to book a appointment after going through her website.I was experiencing alot of abdominal pain and been having, gastric issues because of life style choices.In today's world filled with stress and alot of alcohol consumption and GMO foods its imperative that we become more alert on what we consume.I have been to her practice twice already for acupuncture treatment and already there is change i'm recovering and soon i'll be back to my normal self.She also advices strictly that the patient also does their part.Because the biggest issues sometimes arise from negligence not taking in the right foods and unhealthy habits.I've also realized that just as you take your car to service one should do the same for the body(replenish and treat the body).I highly recommend her to anyone who's system feels out balance or ill.

I found Dr. Mmatheo Motsisi through my best friend, and when I checked out her website, you get a feeling she is more than what is written there. Upon calling uMa Mmatheo, you already get a sense of warmth if, like me, you've been searching long and hard for an acupuncturist that you truly relate and feel at home. Though nervous as I'm really not a needles person and not knowing what was going to take place, I was absolutely excited for my new healing journey for my sinuses and swollen lymph nodes. And just like I had somehow imagined she was a home for my solice, and one I don't want to leave. She has made this process so easy for me that because I believe in her work it has me forget about the pain but solely on the healing just like a mother brings to a child after falling and scraping their knee. On my 3rd session, I could easily breathe through my nose, something that had been foreign to me. I could even feel the air go in and out, followed with relief that I've done the best for myself.
