I consulted Ilona after I had started getting a lot of niggles in my knees, hip and lower back from running. In no time she had pinpointed the root of my problems and subsequently set up a plan for us to work through them. She makes sure she explains everything that she does with you, as well as what you can expect. She is patient, professional and kind. After a few weeks of working with her, I've become significantly stronger and I have started enjoying pain-free running again. She is the best 🙏🏻😊
